Summary: Bill worries about his family's reaction to his new girlfriend…who is it? One-shot.
A/n: hehehe…random-ness I felt like writing…oh BTW: the opera I mention is Aida and is written by Giuseppe Verdi. There should actually be those two dot-y thing-ys on top of the 'i' but I don't know how to put them there.
Bill paced nervously in his flat. He was bringing his newest girlfriend home for dinner so that he could introduce her to his family. This wasn't the first time he was doing this but for a strange reason he was as nervous as hell. "Damnit!" he said out of the blue venting some of his frustration into the curse. "Damnit!" he said again, pacing faster. Why was he so bloody worried? She was a kind, intelligent, hard working girl. The kind all parents dream of having their son bring home. But he wasn't sure his parents would approve of him seeing his…and his brothers! Oh shades, his brothers would…who knows what they'd do! Fred and George would probably think it would be a great joke, that he was pulling the family's leg-which he most definitely wasn't. Charlie would probably remind him that he would have trouble getting any…ahem…action with this kind of girl. Ron would…Ron would probably bite his head off for dating his…Ginny! Oh Merlin, what would Ginny do? She idolized him, he knew. She always saw him as some daring rouge and admired him for it. But would she think he had gone too far this time? Seeing her boyfriends…oh no! It was time to pick her up. He put on his cloak and picked up his wand. Bill took a deep breath to calm himself and apparated from his flat to hers. She was waiting for him in her living area. She looked so beautiful in the light blue halter dress she had chosen. She gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. He smiled at the scent of her perfume, she saw his smile and returned it. "Give me a moment to fetch my purse and cloak." She told him. He nodded and she disappeared into her bedroom. He glanced around and saw that she had pictures of them on and around her mantelpiece. The first one that caught his eye was of the two of them horsing around in front of a pyramid. That had been when she had taken a week off from work and flown all the way out to Egypt to see him. The next one was of the two of them in her favorite restaurant on her birthday. He had surprised her that year with two tickets to her favorite opera Aida and then taken her to dinner. The third was of the two of them lying in a grassy field. She had shown him how to fly a kite that day. The pictures just went on and on…it was hard to imagine that they had only been together for 8 months. Bill realized then that he loved her and that it didn't matter so much anymore whether or not people thought it was inappropriate, a joke or whatever. He loved Hermione and maybe, if for that reason alone, his family would love her too.
