He liked to compare people to things. Just like he was a caged bird, others were so many other things. Like Naruto he was like the sun, a shining light that even though clouds block it out, you know its there getting ready to pierce through those clouds to bring hope. No wonder Hinata loved him so. A little flower hiding waiting for the sun to shine on her, just so she could shine too. Standing tall for all the world to see. Like Lee in a way. Lee was like a willow. Strong, ever moving in the wind, almost impossible to break.Wind. He had tried to compare to so many things and yet the wind seemed the closest. She just seemed to float around catching him and lifting it back up. But every time he tried to catch her, she seemed to slip playfully away. Always floating teasing, still comforting. She had been a flower once he thought. But then decided that she didn't like just sitting catching the wind and became the wind herself. Speaking of the wind, she was blowing in now. Draping her arms around his shoulders, he didn't look up, just took another swing from his glass. She rested her head on top of his. Short blonde hair, blending with his raven kind. "It's not your fault, you know," she murmured into his head. He took another swing, "Yeah, I know." She shifted her head, "You sure about that?" "No, but I did everything I could to stop him. He just wouldn't. Just like last time." He glared at the lamp lighting the table. "You're so stubborn Neji, but remember I'm here if you need me." He set the glass down and leaned back into her arms a little farther. "Thanks Ino." She kissed the top of his head. Just like birds and the wind.
