This is a weird crossover, with a character from Dragonlance… If you haven't read Dragonlance, this will make NO SENSE!
Shayde hopped and hopped, and then she hopped right into the mirror… and through it! She giggled a giggle that only a sugar-hyped demon can giggle. Looking behind her, she saw that the mirror had disappeared! Then, so did the tower! Only moments later, Dilandau and Miguel landed on top of her.
Dilandau groaned, Miguel sighed, and Shayde giggled.
Both of them stared at her.
"What?"
Both of them said, at the exact same time, "No more sugar cubes for you!" Shayde just giggled. Realizing where she was (in the middle of a dead forest) she giggled harder. Miguel and Dilandau straightened themselves out, while Shayde hopped around the forest like a demented bunny. When she finally wound down, she collapsed and started laughing uncontrollably.
By that time, both Dilandau and Miguel had stopped what they were doing to watch her. It was the strangest thing; her face was turning pink, and she was writhing on the ground as if someone was tickling her.
Someone was tickling her! It was a skeleton's disembodied hand, hanging over her and tickling her until she couldn't breathe. "Strange way to go," Miguel said with a tinge of laughter in his voice. Dilandau grabbed a stick and started whacking the hand.
The hand grabbed the stick, pulled it away from Dilandau, and started whacking back at him.
"Quit it! Quit it, quit it, and quit it!" Everyone turned to see who had spoken. Even the hand stopped.
Standing before them, right in front of his tower, was Dalamar the Dark.
Shayde giggled. Dalamar stared at them all. All of them stared at Dalamar. Shayde kept giggling.
