Chapter two – translation
After the tearful final battle with Yu Yevon I watched as Yunie sent her faithful aeons. As she danced, sin burst in a flash of orange light. She stopped dancing and saw Tidus start to disappear.
"No." she shook her head refusing to believe it. He was dying, destined to save the world and disappear without a trace.
"I have to go Yuna. I'm, Sorry I couldn't show you Zanerkind." He started to walk to the edge of my fathers ship, only to stop at Kimarhi's yell of "Yuna!" He turned to see Yuna run to him. She fell right through his incorporeal form and landed face first on the deck. She didn't appear to notice until she stood. Tears were falling down her face. He came and stood behind her, he put his arms around her as if he was hugging her.
"I love you." She said almost inaudibly.
He walked through her and started to run for the edge. I yelled out to him, "We'll se you again right?" though I doubted it very much. Even if he wasn't disappearing, nobody could survive a fall from this height, not even the son of Sin. As he jumped Yunie fell to the ground and began to sob quietly.
Later, in Luca, Yunie prepared to say her speech to what seemed the whole of Spira.
"Everyone," she began. "every one has lost something precious. Everyone here today has lost family, friends, hopes and dreams. But now, Sin is finally dead. The road is ahead of us, and the journey will be hard, but we can work together to rebuild new homes and new dreams." The crowed were roaring, "And one more thing. The friends that we have lost, And the dreams that have faded "she said the last bit almost as if she was talking to no-one but herself "Never forget them." And with that final plea, she stepped down and into her new life.
