" Oh. Oh wow. That was great." Alonzo said, slightly dazed, rolling
off the prone, sweat slicked body of Miguel and spooning up behind
him.
"Yeah well, what can I say, I've got skills. " Miguel said,
shrugging and feigning non-chalance before breaking into a broad grin
and settling further into Alonzo's embrace.
"God I love you. " Alonzo said chuckling, then snapping back into
reality when he felt Miguel stiffen against him.
"Oh crap, " thought Alonzo, lying awkwardly next to Miguel. " why'd
I do that? Damn it, damn it, damn it, big mistake." After a few
moments of silence Alonzo began to slowly disentangle himself from
Miguel and slide away from him before his wrist was caught in
Miguel's hand. Entwining their fingers Miguel pulled Alonzo down
towards him and placed a soft kiss on the back of his hand.
"I love you too, " Miguel said, turning towards Alonzo and pulling
him down for a soft kiss. The only thought that crossed Alonzo's
mind was that this was the best mistake he'd ever made.
