Sasuke quietly entered the sterile hospital room, the door creaking the only mark of his entrance.
Hinata lay still on the bed, her pale hands clenching the white sheets into fists, her brows furrowed deeply.
"Hinata-chan--" Sasuke started.
"I don't want your pity Sasuke-san." Hinata interrupted him.
Sasuke remained quiet; "Tsunade-sama says there's nothing more she can do." she went on quietly.
"Hinata,"
"I guess I should have listened to you." said Hinata, as silver tears sloped past the bandages around her eyes.
She hunched over as the sobs wracked her body and Sasuke wrapped comforting arms around her.
"What am I supposed to do now?" she cried, the inflection of pain in her voice struck a chord in Sasuke's heart.
"I don't know Hinata-chan." he said.
She hiccuped into Sasuke's shirt, "Aishiteru." She whispered.
"Aishiteru." Sasuke replied as Hinata clung tighter to him.
OWARIAww, I made Hinata blind……did I just give that away?
