My breaking heart is torn in two,

For the choice that lies before me,

Between Elessar and Valinor.

By choosing one I lose the other,

It haunts my dreams at night.

And so beneath the stars I sit

Weeping and wondering still,

Who is it I will forsake?

Westward now I turn my gaze,

To the ships and havens gray

And even farther out to sea.

There the gulls are flying,

Calling out to me,

"Forsake this land and cross the Sea."

Yet even now, South strays my heart,

Toward the tall, white citadel

With banners waving high

Before the Withered Tree,

Forever awaiting the King's return.

Estel! Estel! How could I go?

You my heart cannot forsake,

I could not forget my love,

Not for all the enchantment of Aman.

And so the choice of Luthien

I take upon myself,

Arwen Undómiel

Shall face the Doom of Men.

I know it's not the most original poem ever, but I wrote it a couple years ago and so it was when I wrote it. Hope you liked it thanks for reading, please review.
