Rain on me for I am already cold
Rain on for my devil soul is battered and sold
Rain on me for my loved one has been taken away
Rain on me I can no longer see the light of day
Rain on me for my wounds are deathly and I am weak

Rain on me for this world is of nothing but pain and sorrow
Rain on me for I have no hope for tomorrow
Rain on me as her blood stains my hands and my shirt
