You'll Always Have Me

You'll always have me

whether you see it or not, it's true

I watch you,

and sometimes notice you watching me, too

What makes you think we can't be together?

It's so right, but so wrong in many places

Would you stay with me for ever?

I don't think so

You are too shy, too quiet

Besides, where would we go?

We would have to hide our love from everyone

It's too hard being secretive

I want to tell the world about the man who makes me feel like I'm someone

Do you really know who you are?

I don't want to push you

I wouldn't make you go too far

You need to find out where you truly belong

As you search, remember one thing;

You will always have me,

and whether you see it or not, it's true
