Questions…And Unexpected Answers

Omi smiled when he saw Ken. It's been two months since they started their relationship. Omi really love Ken. The tanned skin and the cute smile, who wouldn't? Omi watched as Ken water the plants.
"Omi, hurry up and wrapped those flowers!" Aya exclaimed.
Omi quickly snapped out of his staring. He quickly wrapped the flowers. Soon, the shop was closed. Omi swept the floor while Ken check on the flowers. Youji had left early and so did Aya. They finished up and walked into the living room. Omi really wanted to know if Ken really love him. So, he asked some questions.
"Ken-kun, do I ever cross your mind?" Omi asked.
"Nope," Ken said flatly, not looking at Omi.
"Do you like me?"
"Nope."
Omi was surprised. He then asked another question, "Do you want me?"
"Nope."
"Would you cry if I left?"
" Nope."
"Would you live for me?"
"Nope."
"Would you do anything for me?"
"Nope."
"What would you choose: Your life or me?"
"My life."
Omi had just about enough. He stood up and wanted to stomp away, but Ken pulled his right wrist.
" Listen…"
"I don't want to. Let go, Ken-kun."
"Listen, Omi…The reason you never cross my mind is because you're always on mind. The reason why I don't like you is because I love you. The reason I don't want you is because I need you. The reason I wouldn't cry if you left is because I would die if you left. The reason I wouldn't live for you is because I would die for you. The reason why I'm not willing to do anything for you is because I would do everything for you. The reason I chose my life is because you ARE my life."
Omi face Ken. He saw Ken smiling at him and he smiled back. Ken pulled him in. He sat beside Ken.
"Thank you, Ken-kun."
"Remember. Never ask me those questions again. You know how I feel about you. There's no need for making sure, okay?"
"Okay."
Ken leaned in and kissed Omi on the lips and then parted. He pulled Omi nearer and Omi rested his head on Ken's shoulder.
