Wishing on a dream that seems far off
Hoping it will come today
Into the starlit night
Foolish dreamers turn their gaze
Waiting on a shooting star
Kurama was looking out of his window. It wasn't raining like last night. The clouds had pulled away, revealing the glorious, glowing moon in the sky. Rain from the small shower yesterday trickled off his window. Tonight was beautiful. He smiled slightly to himself. He started to wonder where Hiei had run off to. "Maybe he's just lurking around somewhere," he thought.
But, What if that star is not to come?
Will their dreams fade to nothing?
When the horizon darkens most
We all need to believe there is hope
Hiei hadn't shown up at Kurama's house for a few days now. He was beginning to get a little worried. He got out of the house and started to ask around. "Yusuke, have you seen Hiei anywhere?" he asked.
"Nope, not today, why?" Yusuke asked. Kurama sighed.
"Nevermind then, thank you," he smile half-heartidly. Kuwabara didn't know where he was either. He still had some hope, though. Hiei could possibly come back, and they could be together again.
Is an angel watching closely over me?
Can there be a guiding light I've yet to see?
I know my heart should guide me but,
There's a hole within my soul
After the nexts week of Hiei not arriving, Kurama's heart began to ache, and hot tears welled up in his eyes. Did Hiei just leave him? Could he be with someone else now? He wiped the tears from his eyes quickly. "No, I don't think so, Hiei wouldn't hurt me like that, would he?" Kurama questioned himself.
What will fill this emptiness inside of me?
Am I to be satisfied without knowing?
I wish then for a chance to see
Now all I need desperatly >
Kurama was sitting on his bed one day, fighting back tears of sadness. He had lost all hope; Hiei wasn't going to come back, he was almost positive. He felt someone rest their head on his shoulder. "I've missed you, fox," someone whispered. He quickly whipped his head around to face the person.
"Hiei!" He cried, latching onto him with love. "I thought you wouldn't come back," the tears he had been fighting back were being shed on Hiei's shoulder. Hiei smiled.
Is my star to come
