Final Fantasy X Poem
By No Wonder
A monster awoke, made from people's sin,
It arose from the sea to cause a great din.
A man from the past stood out from the crowd,
While the screams of the people rang clear and loud.
That was the night for the great Blitzball game,
He knew that their rivals would walk home in shame.
Out of the water he sprung with aggression.
But the monster drew closer, firing without digression.
Falling from his pose, his clamored for help.
Just missing the ledge he fell with a yelp.
"Auron!" he cried, seeing the mysterious man.
"We called it Sin," he slowly began.
The pair made their way through a desolate street,
Approaching the monsters they'd eventually meet.
From battle to battle they fought with no fear,
But as to where they were running, to the boy, was unclear.
They then climbed up to a hole in the beast,
On them Sin would surely make a grand feast.
But Auron, with no fear, began talking to Sin,
And they were sucked up into the unknown din…
Our hero awoke on a rock in an ocean,
All alone, with only one potion.
He swam to some ruins where he made himself cozy,
Started a fire and then took a dozy.
A great fiend appeared making him want to depart.
As the battle raged on he felt withered and purged,
But a door burst open, and strange people emerged.
Though they talked strangely, they did help him out,
So when the battle was over he did not pout.
But then from the group came cries of fear,
Could it be because he was near?
The leader of the pack, a petite young girl,
Stepped forward as her lips began to curl,
"Cunno," she said as she punched him in the gut,
He must have done something…but what?
He awoke on a ship, the sky dark and blah,
While the new strangers stared at him with awe.
They barked out an order in their language so strange
Then they got mad when positions he did not change.
"Wait, you understand me?" our hero conferred.
And after a push from the strongest of men,
He finally agreed to go diving with them.
Down, down, down they swam
And into tiny ruins they did cram
After retrieving their treasure they swam back to the boat
Fortunately, it was still afloat.
But not for long did it sit on the sea,
For Sin arose from the water, as huge as can be.
It toppled the boat, and all went black…
A glittering ocean, a big blue sky,
A Blitzball team waving 'hi.
Wherever this was, he was certainly sure,
His adventure was far from over, and far from demure.
A/N: I wrote this for school, thought I'd spot it and see whatcha though. .
