"Hello, Thomas." Ginny wrote in her loopy handwriting.
"Hello, Ginny." He wrote. He was tired of this game; his responses would have shown it, but paper can't illustrate sarcasm very well.
"Today I saw Harry……………" Oh, dear god! When would this end? It never seemed to end; always Harry. The way he talked, the way he walked, the way he blew his nose was adorable. If I ever get my hands on that boy………….
But that wasn't what Ginny wanted to hear. "Well, when I was in Charms class, they didn't allow you to play monkey in the middle with the teacher, but then again, our teacher wasn't a dwarf.
"Lol." She wrote back. What the hell was lol? That isn't even a word! Webster, the muggle who wrote a dictionary, knows nothing of your 'lols." Damn kids today! But not wanting to sound anything less than an all knowing god, he just ignored it.
"How is your friend, Luna?" He honestly could care less if this girl was eaten by a crumpled-horn Snorkack—or whatever her father puts in that magazine of his.
"She is going to make a potion to cure goose pimples in potions. Have you ever made a love potion?" Have I ever made a love potion? Does this girl not think? What would I be doing with a love potion?
"But I guess you would be very ooc if you ever did." Ooc? Ooc? OOC? That is not a word! Webster is rolling in his grave! What is that even supposed to mean? Orangutans offer credit? Olga oysters cool-whip? Girls are evil, but whatever.
"How have your classes been?" He asked, innocently, hoping she would stop using that that…..whatever she was saying.
"N/m. Just hanging out with ppl.Lol!" What? Why does she hate me! Sure, I'm only using her to get Harry and laugh as he dies in a pool of his own blood, but that is no reason to throw random letters at me! That strumpet
"G2G ttyl lyl ttfn!" Oh, no! She is going to hear about it this time….
"Ginny."
Ginny!
Why don't you answer me, dammit!
Ginny!"
Authors' Note: Sometimes I am just like Tom when my friends start throwing shorthand at me.
