Hiya! This is my first try at writing a story, so . . . don't be too mean! I beg of you! Well I do not own anything of Charlie Brown. This is just the random stuff that my mind makes up. This story takes place after Happiness. This is just a one Chapter story, well I hope you enjoy, and On with the show!

"You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" Lucy said as she shook his hand.

Charlie Brown really appreciated it, he needed to know if he was. He was too shocked to say anything, but he thought she got her thank you from the expression on his face. She smiled and then ran off. Charlie watched as she left. He sat down on a bench near by and smiled, and just watched the twinkle of the stars over my head. Lucy isn't that bad. She can be a bit harsh sometimes, but she isn't that bad.

Just then, the Little Red Headed Girl passed by on her bike. Charlie Brown looked around, desperately looking for something to hide behind. Just my luck, nothing. So he just sat there, first looking at her, averting his eyes, then looking at her, she waved at him. Charlie looked around, just to make sure it wasn't a hoax, but by the time he went to wave back, the Little Red Headed Girl was already turning the corner.

She waved at me. She waved AT ME! I can't believe it. She actually waved at me. The Little Red Headed Girl actually noticed ME! A beat passes before . . . And what did I do, just look around like a looser. Why couldn't I waved back, it's just a hand gesture. Now she's going to know me as the guy who doesn't know how to wave. She's going to think I'm a jerk.

He got off from the bench and headed home. He stopped at Snoopy's doghouse before he went inside. He petted Snoopy on the top of his head. "You don't think I'm that bad, huh Snoopy?" Snoopy raised his head and looked at Charlie Brown as if to say You're not THAT bad. Charlie Brown looks at him his eyes half squinted, "You didn't have to answer that." Snoopy then tilted his head, Well, then why did you ask? "Good Grief!" Snoopy watched, half confused, as Charlie Brown stormed into the house. What's eating him? Snoopy shrugged it off and readjusted himself on his doghouse.

As Charlie Brown entered his home, he saw Sally in the reading chair, with a dictionary. "What are you doing Sally? Homework?" "No!" Sally replied, in her high squeaky voice. "Do you know what Linus called me today!" Before Charlie Brown could even dare to answer . . . "An enigma! Why would he call me an Enigma or a...a..." She searched down the page for the definition "A Mystery! A mystery? Why Would he call me a mystery?" Charlie Brown headed to his room and changed into his PJ's, leaving behind a very confused little sister.

He sat in his bed. Today wasn't too bad. After all, the Little Red Headed Girl did wave at me, and I did find her pencil. He smiled as comforting of thoughts of friends and memories of the day sent him into a deep slumber.
