Weathermen Always Lie

Sora threw the dictionary until it hit the wall and landed with a thud. On the other side, Riku stood there, looking bewildered.
"Why can't you understand that I actually care?" Sora shouted, his voice trembling as his hands reached over to the bookshelf for another book. "If I didn't give a damn, do you think I would do this?"
"Sora, calm down." Riku's hands instinctively rose up, as though he were conjuring up a barrier to protect himself from Sora's blows.
"I will not calm down!" Again, Sora threw the book, this time it missed Riku by a few inches, but the silver haired boy could feel the deathly force that whizzed past him as the book hit the wall next to him, making a rather large dent into the white pale wall.
Tears streamed from Sora's eyes and the boy stared at Riku face on, his lips trembling and his shoulders heaving as sobs racked his body. Breath was taken from him and it felt like a seizure as he gasped for breath, the convulsion taking over him as he wept louder and louder, his entire body shaking. There was silence, save for the sounds from Sora, and Riku stood there, frozen in fear at the maniac that stood across from him.
"Get out."
"Sora, please, just take a moment to think about this... think about what you're say-"
Sora hissed through his teeth, his eyes reddened and swollen as more tears made wet streaks down the curves of his flushed cheeks, "I said get out!"
Riku made his way towards the door, grabbing his scratchy coat and rusty keys as he walked out of the apartment building, then running as he heard Sora scream from within.
"I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!"
Panic rose as Riku sprinted, his feet pounding on the wooden floors of the hallway in a frantic i thump, thump /i before he burst out of the apartment complex and into the sunny street, where the sun beaming down bright warm rays and the clouds were just carefree wisps littering the deliciously blue sky.
Weathermen always lied; whenever they tell you it's going to be a beautiful and sunny day, there always is a violent storm brewing over the horizon.
