Title: Learn

Author: Taby Murali

In this cold dark room I see

You don't love me or do

You see me too?

Then why not call my name?

In his cold dark room I see

Your shadow staring down on me

You have wings like an angel

Or devil because I'm standing upside

Down here I see your shadow

When will you learn?

That there are people around you; you're not the only one

Standing in this crowded

Street lamps burning in rain and I'm

Glad you came

When will you learn?

You're no god nor angel nor devil nor death

So why is it that when you're closer to your goal

You regress farther to

Beginning your journey to this final step

I will wait

When will you learn?

That I'm standing beside you

Never faltering, never moving

When will you see me too?

(A/n: That was…weird. The rhyme scheme is all over the place. I think it can either be taken as Riza/Roy or Winry/Ed. I think either one will fit. I'm not really a fan of either of those pairings but it was interesting to write. Thank you so much to everyone who reviewed Porcelain! I'm sort of afraid to write replies to your reviews because it would be longer than the poem. I love you guys!)
