Realization and it's Side Effects

notes: a very strange little drabble that wrote itself. o.O i think i confused myself writing it.

Fuu realizes that she loves him.
There was no fanfare, no cheering, and no cries of happiness. This was because she was in love with him, and he didn't love her back.
It was strange. She should be hurt, but it hurts her more to know that he would never get his love returned.
Fuu realizes she loves him. She hopes Jin will one day love Mugen back, so she sincerely look for her own happiness.
Jin contemplates the fact that he loves Fuu.
He was slightly irked by the peace in acknowledging this fact. This was because, he thought, she'll never love me back.
It was unnerving. He thought that perhaps, one day, he'll love her like a sister.
Jin contemplates the fact that he loves Fuu. He hopes one day, he'll be able to get over the fact that she was in love with Mugen.
Mugen slept.
He dreamed of pale, pale skin, murky eyes and ink-like hair. He dreamed of someday defeating him, and making him remember every moment he spent with him. He dreamed of victory, and the taste of tea on pale lips.
Most of all though, he dreamed of a girl with sad sad eyes, wearing a pink kimono, wishing him good luck.
He dreamed of that pale pale man, and the feeling he must get when the girl turns away from him.
Mugen slept, and he dreamed about reality.
