Chapter II

Anakin Removed the silk cloth and Smiled, her face was as beautiful as when he had last seen it, years and years ago. Now how to wake her? He carefully dismantled the box and layed her body on the table. Underneath more layers of purple silk he found a golden instruction sheet, a path-way to heaven. He turned the only page it said simply 'to awaken the fire, you must remember what you desire'.

Awaken the fire? Remember what I desire? Anakin was puzzled.

He flipped the sheet, hoping for more clues. There were none. He stared out of the window and into the gloomy night, one solitary star shone alone, between the midsts of the darkened clouds.

'Just like Serquania to make a riddle, that old witch, I finally get what I want and she has to go out of her way to make it more difficult' Anakin sighed.

'Ok think Anakin, think, Awaken the fire, well that must mean bring her back to life right?' he said, hoping for some silent conformation from a non-existent source.

'Remember what I desire?'

Anakin thought for a long time, and finally when the sun was pouring over the horizon, he came to a rather dismal conclusion

'Maybe if I kiss her?'

It was the best he had come up with from a long list of rather dirty things which he desired, he realized that that old hag wouldn't have wanted him to do anything particularly R-rated.

He bent down, and kissed her rosy lips. Instantly her eyes opened, the colour came back to her cheeks; she lifted her knee and planted it firmly in Anakin's groin.

He jump back and fell to the floor, gasping with pain.

'I see you haven't changed a bit, Mr. Skywalker', she said.

'. Anakin Looked up and saw that she was smiling.

'Welcome back, Padme.
