Awakened.

I have been awakened.

I kneel beside the startled visage of Master's navi. Master's navi is displeased with Master. Master's navi does not wish to do what Master wants him to do. Master is a good master and awakens me to do what Master's navi does not wish to do. I go into the PET at Master's command and prepare for transport. The link closes on master's navi. I wait until Master's order to depart the PET comes.

The one Master has come to meet is displeased when I arrive. He was expecting Master's navi, not a mere standard. Master speaks to the other. It is not an order for me. The other speaks to his master and soon we begin. The doors to our target are opened and I race beside the other at Master's command. I do not slow as my opponents appear; Master will keep me safe.

As expected, I hear Master call out a battle chip and I receive it. My opponents are defeated by the sword that Master gave me. I hear the shock of the other as my foes fall. Why is he surprised? My master does not fail.

What! One has blocked me!

I am struck back. Master is displeased. I am not surprised. Master's navi is far better than I at battling. Master orders a new attack. I form the gun and get ready to strike.

Huh? Master's navi is here.

I mustn't fire on Master's navi. I cancel my shot. Master's navi is shouting at Master. He protects the ones Master had me attack. I wait.

PAIN! We were attacked!

The other has struck us! Master's navi is wounded!

He cannot move well. The other has betrayed us. The other has betrayed us. He is ready to destroy Master's navi!

I feel Master's orders to move and I do so gladly. I will protect Master's navi. Master is a good master. I throw my arms out before Master's navi and face the strike. I can feel myself falling apart, but Master's navi is safe. That is good. I hear master's navi start to speak my name, then he speaks Master's name. That is good. It is Master who saved him. I only follow orders. They do not mourn as I go, but that is good.

I am only a standard.
