Authors Note: I wrote this a long time ago but never posted it 'cause I had it written in a note book and then I lost it for what seemed like an eternity. But I just found it and now I'm posting it. I hope you enjoy.

His Story

His story is the saddest of all time

But to lighten it up I'll make it rhyme

He came to this world as a humble man

Doing miracles brought him many fans

Prophecied to cleanse the world from sin

He'd give human life the chance to win

Eternity with our heavenly Father

While most people thought " Why even bother? "

With a crown of thorns upon his brow and nails to go along

He was punished for OUR sin when he did nothing wrong

They hung him on a cross that day

For us he kindly chose to pay

Three days later after his death

Three women came to give their respects

But to their surprise, empty was the bed

For Jesus had risen from the dead

Authors Note: I hope you liked it. It's probably the poem I'm most proud of. May God bless you.
