The auburn radiance of the majestic sun was setting before her glimmering eyes. Streaks of fiery light kissed upon her pale cheeks while the rushing wave beneath her roared ferociously against the steep edges of the cliff. Her long raven-black tresses moved gracefully along the wind's solitary rhythm. Gaping across the striking scene before her, she hugged herself from the bitter cold that the wind caused. Shivering inside, the sun's heat somehow acted as mere light giving off no heat whatsoever yet it somehow emphasized her untainted classical beauty that one boy, to her dismay, managed to ignore.
Why am I crying? She queried. Tiny crystals forming from the edges of her eyes, trickling down on her pale cold cheeks that gave a tinge of warmth unto her petite physique. She couldn't help but reminisce that moment. The moment where it seemed as though her whole world was falling down on her. Her whole world came to a complete halt when she heard those heart- shattering words seeping her whole. Although she was persistent or rather insistent that somehow some way he'll finally notice the real her. Although rejected for numerous times, the thought of him having feelings toward her gave butterflies in her stomach. Her faith was boundless, truth be told yet at that moment all hope was lost. Her constant reveries and thoughts about him were all in vain. (yes, the guy's really haunting her 24/7!)
Tightening her grip around herself, she gave one long exasperated sigh. "I shall cry no more." She announced to herself with all the emotions welling up inside her, she screamed. She screamed with every ounce of bittersweet feeling that's been trying to surge out from the depths of her soul. "I've tried to do everything for you but no matter how hard I try—" Tears began to stream down her frail face cutting herself off from her own words. She couldn't help herself. The mere thought of it was simply unspeakable. She closed her eyes and wiped her tears using her arm. She gave on last sigh making herself calm down all the more. "This will be the last time I'll be crying over you… My last—I promise." A smile crept her face as she said these final words.
