A/N: Another poem I wrote while I was bored... Let's just
say I was on a bit of a werewolf kick... Also, I'm not a very good
poet, but I wanted to post more of my crap on FF.N...
I Am A
Werewolf
I
am a werewolf, I fear the moon
As
it grows larger in the sky
I
feel the fear growing deep inside
My
nose expands and my hands turn to claws
I
feel the sharp teeth in a strong jaw
My
ears grow points and I double in pain
Hunched
over the ground I howl in vain
Angry
at myself and everything around
I
hurt myself without thinking
Slaming
into walls, and tearing through doors
Clawing
my face with massive paws
If
only I wasn't a werewolf
But
somehow with friends the trouble subsides
With
Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs at my side
They
calm my anger and ease my rage
I
am Moony the werewolf
When
all this is over and the full moon wanes
A
night in the hospital wing to ease my pains
With
love and support from my friends so dear
The
dreadful full moon doesn't seem so near
I
am a werewolf
