Aziza had just finished telling the others what had happened in the forest. She stood before the Headmaster and her friends. The firelight reflected off the gold rims of Albus' spectacles was the only light that shone from his eyes. He was worried and they all could see that. He sighed before he spoke,

"That is most disturbing. I am sure they're fine, Aziza, don't worry too much over it they can both take care of themselves," Dumbledor said sitting down behind his desk. Draco who'd been talking with Herminie and Emily by the fire looked up to speak. Hermione; however, spoke first,

"Headmaster, we know that they are, but its Umbrage we're worried about."

"We all know what she's capable of, "said Ron darkly the others nodded in agreement.

Emily pointed at the window, "Look! There's an owl coming" she said. They all looked over and Draco went to open the window. It swooped in and immediately they all recognized as belonging to the Ministry. Albus took the letter and began to read. They all waited anxiously to see what the news was. He sighed placing the letter on his desk before turning to them. They knew by his expression that it was not good news.

"Fudge is offering an exchange," he did not elaborate; there was no need, they all knew what he meant.

"Harry and Amber will NEVER agree to that!" said Aziza and Herminie in unison.

"They expect us to betray Remus and Draco?" asked Emily in horror.

"It is out of our hands," Dumbeldor interrupted, "they will receive- the dimentors' kiss if we do not comply." A horrified silence stretched for a few minuets after the speech. Draco and Remus looked at each other grimly. They nodded and turned to the others.

Umbrage looked from one shocked face to the other. Harry was furious and Amber was disgusted. It was late now and many Ministry members had left by this hour. It was clear to them that Fudge was not part of this plan.

"We'll never agree to this!" Harry said defiantly his eyes gleaming fiercely. Amber nodded crossing her arms.

"Suit yourselves," she grinned evilly, "Enter!" she called to the door. Harry recognized the sucking sound. There were FOUR of them! The cold was piercing and deprived of his wand Harry could not keep them away. He grasped Amber's arms and pulled her close turning his back on the approaching dementors.

Amber wept bitterly not wanting to loose yet another person. That is what she was seeing, yet again, Severus' death played out in her head. Both the cold, and what she was seeing became too much for her to handle. Then the cold was subsiding they both looked up cautiously. There were Hermione, Dumbeldor, Draco, Emily, and Remus.

"No!" they chorused realizing what was about to happen. Amber and Harry knew that Remus and Draco were going to turn themselves in to keep them safe. Before they could protest Hermione rushed forward.

Defendo! Hermione said pointing her wand at the bared door. She ran over to Harry throwing her arms around his neck. Behind them Amber smiled knowingly. The dementors were being held off by two hooded figures which seamed to be on the side of Dumbeldor and the others.

"I thought you would come," Umbridge smiled raising her wand and pointing it at the three people standing in the cell, "now let's make our little exchange shall we." She then blasted them out and turned to Remus and Draco.

Amber stepped between her and them. Her eyes were flashing angrily and sparks seamed to be coming from them. Draco turned and touched Emily's cheek before stepping over to the cell. Remus turned Amber to face him cupping her face with his hands, "I'll be fine don't worry," he then kissed her forehead and stepped away.

"No," Umbrige said to Remus, "you will not be with our human prisoners, half-breed." She then pointed her wand at him CRUCIO! Amber tried to get over to him but Harry held her back.

Remus rasped, "No… Amber… she might try to… hurt you too."

"Oh I'll do more than that," Umbrige addressed the others in the room, "if you don't leave he'll suffer a far worse punishment." Looking back one last time they exited slowly. Dumbeldor had a hand on each of Amber and Emily's shoulders to prevent them from returning as they walked out.
