Dear fan fiction readers and writers,
It has come to my attention, as well as anyone else who has a fiction in this genre, that as soon as July 16th comes we shall be on hiatus. I am willing to bet a thousand galleons that no posts will be made unless the person that posted finished reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I dare say that some of us can barely contain ourselves in anticipation; I myself had a dream or rather a nightmare last night that I woke up late and there were no more books available even though I had my "guaranteed reserved" ticket. (Shudders).
Anyway, so many circulations of rumors have been going around for this book and I know everyone is dying to know what new and wonderful plot J.K. Rowling has made. I know questions like, "How can Sirius be really dead, no way she would do that" or "Are Hermione and Ron going to get together" (which by the way, Hermione as become a favorite pairing with people such as Draco, Snape, Harry, Fred or George, and even Tom Riddle? So I am wondering if anyone will be disappointed by the fact that Hermione is supposed be with normal, funny, clueless Ron) or "Is Harry going to go mad" and especially "Who is the half blood prince?" has been going through everyone's mind.
Well in six more days we will know the truth, in six more days we will be carrying a book wherever we go, in six more days we will yell at our friends for talking to us while we read, in six more days we probably be as flabbergasted as were in every book, in six more days, after we have finished our book and we are crying because we will have realized the pain we will have to endure. Because now, all we can do is wait for the final book. Happy reading!
