Aura's Story

To live without parents in an all-muggle society, we've experienced through Harry's life. Here's a new story. We all know Harry has no living relatives other than the Dursleys. However, there is one other relative, very distant. Her name is Aurora. Everyone calls her Aura, for short.
When she was 5, her parents died at the hands of several of Voldemort's followers. Even after his death, some loyal Death Eaters decided to cause trouble at a quidditch match in London, one that Aura & her parents attended. Destroying the lives of the majority in the stands, Aura managed to survive by sneaking off several minutes before the incident occurred. This five-year-old's short attention span saved her life, but she couldn't save the life of her parents.
Being the only child, she was forced to live off the streets. There was no report of a missing child since her parents were dead. For six years of stealing, shoplifting, & living on the streets of London, she couldn't remember that she was a witch. Thinking that the memories of the tragedy at the Quidditch match were dreams, she thought nothing of them. However, on her 11th birthday on April 21, she got the letter from Hogwarts. Just like Harry, Aura's parents left leaving thousands of Galleons for Aura. Having the key hidden in their house, she took some money for Hogwarts, & went on her way. She was sorted into Ravenclaw.
A year later, her cousin, Harry, was sorted into Gryffindor.
