Precious brother 1 Emotions of the lonely

Edward returned late from the central library, he had been gone all week sticking his head in those books.

He looked around and noticed the bed was empty and his brother's metal body was in the corner of the room on the floor, Alphonse wasn't asleep Al can't sleep it was more like he was resting his soul.

Ed took of his boots and socks and placed them by the door, the blonde then walked to the bed throwing his crimson coat on the ground and laying down.

He let out a soft sigh, He wasn't tired but lonely. He hadn't talked to any one for a week just books where the only company the boy had.

'Should I wake Al?' Ed thought then looked and his brother 'He wouldn't mind, he doesn't need the rest."

The blonde got of the bed and on to the floor crawling over to his brother. He nudged Al's metal shoulder. "Al!"

The suite of armor turned his head to his brother whose eyes looked troubled yet content at the same time. "Nii-San!" Alphonse let out and couldn't help him self but to hug his brother beside him.

To Ed his arms where cold and pleasant, he liked that felling of Al's arms, it was something telling him that he was close to his brother. Ed hugged him back he didn't care if his arms couldn't get around his large body he was just glad to see him.

Alphonse ended the hug and grabbed Ed's shoulders "Nii-San did you find anything on the stone?" His voice sounded excited. "No, that damn place has nothing!" Ed hissed. The armor laughed, "Don't worry Nii-San, you'll find a lead soon."

"Yeah." The blonde smiled then yawned, he stood up and looked at Alphonse "'Night Al." "Good Night Nii-San."

This is a really short chapter, sorry for it. But soon the story will get better. . .
