She was sitting in her car driving to work.
Several minutes passed by in silence then she turned on the radio.
The first notes of a song she knew very well started to reach her ear and she knew that it had to be written for her. Whitney Houston really had to knew her feelings and her life. The lyrics were fitting so well to everything she had been through.
Yea she thought it's not right but it's ok, why in hell should Chris be true to her. She had been through all of it before with Ed.
But there always was one person she could turn to. He had been there all her life and she's sure he'll never let her leave him. But he never seemed to love her because if he would he would have said something anything.
But she knew too that he wasn't good with people.
Maybe Chris' behaviour wasn't right but ok, 'cause it showed her that fate never seemed to want her being together with Chris or Ed.
Maybe she told herself she was born to be with her best friend. And actually he had always been more than her best friend, hadn't he?
Thanks too Whitney Houston she thought, 'she made me realize that the one I love had always been right in front of me'.
And so she's driving into the dark night sky of the city of Las Vegas enlighted by the full moon shining bright to the building well known to her right into the arms of the someone she loved for so long.
She had to confess her feelings for him. After 19 years it had been about time now. And as a cloud passed by the bright shining moon two people confessed on noticed by the millions of people living in the huge city their feelings for each other.
For everyone it was quite a normal day. And life went on for everyone around the world.
It went on for those two people too. Just that now two people have found each other after searching for so many years.
No one seemed to notice and it was a normal day as every other day.
And the world kept on spinning as a girl just an ocean away from them was fast asleep dreaming that one day somewhere these two people would notice what they feel for each other.
And the girl kept on dreaming just as the couple fulfilled her dream and made it come true.
Life isn't perfect. But some moments simply are meant to be.
