Summary: Yuki
realizes Akira's feelings towards a certain vocalist...
"You love him."
"Huh?" Akira looked at the short haired teenager next to him.
"You love him. Ryutaro." Yuki said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world (although it probably was) while pointing at the depressed vocalist, who was at the moment studying a fly on a windowpane.
"Wha...? How...? I'm not..." Akira stuttered.
"Gay? Yes, you are. Most of you j-rockers are."
Iori looked up from his guitar magazine (which he was just using to hide the fact that he was staring at Kyo's ass) "I'm not."
"Yes you are. Geez, are you all in denial?"
"Yes!" Came the unanimous reply.
"I don't love him!" Akira practically shouted, but then lowered his voice to a near-whisper. "I don't love him, I hate him. I hate when he's being all depressed and crap, I hate it when he talks in those goddamn riddles, I hate those amazingly deep eyes of his, I hate his pouty lips, I hate the fact he looks fucking adorable when he's carrying that stuffed panda, I hate the way he looks when he actually shows his pretty smile, I hate it when he comes crying to me for reassurance, his face streaked with tears, his eyes so gigantic and misty and looking so beautiful filled with tears..." Akira trailed off his eyes growing wide.
Yuki smiled. "See? I'm never wrong. Now, go and tell him!"
Akira nodded, still somewhat in shock. "Ryutaro? Ryutaro?" Akira, panicking, wandered around the room, his vocalist seeming to have vanished, when he saw a foot sticking out from under the table in the corner of the room.
"Ryutaro? Come out from under there!"
"...I'd rather not." Came the soft, almost inaudible reply.
"I'll get you another panda."
"I'm coming." And Ryutaro slowly came out from underneath the table, almost seeming to dread the loss of his safety blanket.
"Ryutaro...mum...I...well, you see..."
"I love you too, Akira."
"...YOU WHA?"
"It wasn't too hard to figure it out."
"Oh."
"Can we get my panda now?"
"Sure." Akira said, as he took Ryutaro by the hand, uncertainly, maybe a little shyly even, kissed him softly on the cheek, and led him out the door.
A couple minutes later, Tadashi, Buchi, Shingo, and Ash walked into the room.
"So," Tadashi started, "What did we miss?"
Yuki just smiled.
