I glared at him. He was just standing there, his pale face smirking at me. "She's mine," I said hotly, as I brought my wand to bear at his chest.
He didn't react at all, just kept standing there and looking at me. It was unnerving.
"D'you bloody hear me?" I said, annoyed, then a thought, "Do you understand me?"
"She did not vant me," he said then, with that maddening accent. I blinked, trying to figure out where he was coming from. He finally turned away. The smile was gone.
"Er," I tried to say something.
He looked at me again. "She said there vas someone else."
My heart skipped a beat and then came back full force; I could hear it in my ears. "Who?" I managed through a suddenly dry mouth.
He didn't answer. He just stared at me with his dark gaze. I felt my pulse quicken; my hand shook from holding my wand. "Who?" I demanded.
That smile was beginning to appear again. That bloody, arrogant smile. I opened my mouth to say a jinx, but he moved. He put one hand on my wand, and the other came to hover next to my face. "Does it really matter?" he said softly.
I glared at him. "What the hell you think you're doing?" I yelled. I tried to step back, but the hand on my wand came up to grip my forearm and I couldn't move. Despite everything, I thought of how strong he must be…then thought of nothing as his other hand came behind my head and jerked it forward to his lips.
It was the shock. That's why I didn't pull away at first! I did start to struggle, but like I said, he was strong…
He pulled away, breath hot on my face. "It is not me," he whispered. "That's all that matters."
I gave him my most disgusted look. "That is not what bloody matters! So she doesn't want you, what, you come to me for a shag?"
He said nothing, just came forward again. He was kissing me…Viktor Krum, International Quidditch player…and blimey…I kissed him back.
When he pulled away again he was smiling. I was confused. What the bloody hell was going on? I wasn't gay…
He pressed his full body against me, and I shuddered as his arms surrounded me and we Apparated upstairs.
They were eating when I returned. I couldn't tell if it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, whatever, but I was rather hungry. I plopped down next to Ginny on the bench, then hissed as I instantly regretted it.
She looked up at me. "Where have you been?"
I ignored her and grabbed the dish nearest me. I didn't notice what it was, nor cared. I just dug right in. After a few minutes, though, I glanced up. "Where's Hermione?" I asked, mouth full.
Ginny looked disgusted and wiped something off her face. Then she brightened. "Oh, she's with Harry!"
I stared. "Er, what? She's-"
"They're going together," she said cheerfully as she grabbed a roll and spread mashed potatoes on it. "Since…I dunno, sometime this morning."
The couple came in right then, holding hands and blushing as they were met with cheers from Tonks. Behind them skulked Viktor. I looked from one to the other, then moved over to make room for my boyfriend.
A/N: I don't consider either of those guys even remotely homosexual, but when I read the name of their ship I knew I had to do a story for it.
