The Elemental Lords and Ladies

Author's note: This is my very first HP fanfic so do be kind and review! Constructive criticism welcome.

Summary: The High Elves who have isolated themselves the last few thousand years have learnt about the prophecy and are prepared to do their part-by fulfilling an Elven Prophecy made long before Hogwarts existed. AU. Duh. Oh and this takes place after their fifth year.

Disclaimer: I do not own HP. J.K Rowling does and frankly if I were her, I'd be wondering how many records the new book HP and the Half Blood Prince is going to break instead of teenage girls who might forget to insert disclaimers into her story and is greatly in awe of her. So there.

Since the dawn of time, the High Elves of Anderlefea have existed. No one knows how they came about except perhaps, they themselves. A several thousand years more advanced than that of humans or wizards, they spend their lives perfecting their civilization, technology and magic. When the first humans appeared on Earth, the Elves watched. Watched as humans developed. Watched as humans discovered fire, gravity, science…and weapons of war. Watched with disgust as humans turned against each other in the most barbaric ways possible. They vowed, spitting with outrage and shock, to never show themselves to these vile life forms or share their secrets. But a prophecy was made by one of the greatest Elf Queens of all time- Milea. She of the wheat colored hair and emerald eyes. The special shade of emerald that passed on to the royal family, that none could compare. The same shade that lived in Harry and Lily Potters' eyes…

The prophecy told of a being of such malevolence to come in the very distant future that the entire world would be at stake. This being would cast the darkest and soul defiling rituals that would present itself with god-like powers and near-immortality. Near immortality as the prophecy also foretold of a Savior. One who would bear the royal blood and the mark of the thunder god, Thor. He would have by his side, his closest allies. And only by their combined efforts and powers would they have an equal chance against the Evil to come. The Savior and his four designated allies would be the Elemental Lords and Ladies.

The High Elves swore yet another vow. That if the Savior were to emerge, they would uncover their existence, unearth the Savior's and his allies' powers, teach them all about it and stand beside them in the final battle of good against evil.

At last they sealed their entrance…

A few thousand years later, a boy with tousled jet-black hair and vivid emerald eyes started awake, holding his burning forehead…
