Tropical Vacation
Prolog
"umm…Cho?" said a boy. "Yes, Harry?" Cho replied. What are you doing over this summer vacation? Just out of curiosity." Harry said seeing the puzzled look on the girls face. "…I'm vacationing in the Caribbean with my family for a month, and you?" she asked. 'Wow that's a long time' he thought. "I'm 'getting' to spend time with my circus of a family in Paris, France. Frankly, I'm surprised they asked me to go with them seeing as I have never gone with them on ANY of their vacations. They usually dump me at the neighbors." he answered. She laughed at the phrase 'circus of a family' and replied "Well that sounds like it's going to be fun.". "Yep, it does, but I have enough 'authority of myself' (as my uncle says) to get to choose if I want to go some where else on my own…if I have the money. So I might go some where in the tropics if I feel like Paris is going drag, seeing as I'm going to be with the Dursleys." Harry replied. "Hey I have to go. Sorry." she said hearing a yell a distance away that sounded like 'We have to go, Cho.' and with a kiss on his cheek she turned to leave and then turned back to Harry and said "Hey, Harry. Why don't u come to the Caribbean Islands with me and my family? I can get my mom to get u a plane ticket seeing as that she works for a airline.". I would love to, just let me run it my the guardians and let them celebrate them not being with me for the summer if you mail the ticket. Give me your address and I'll send u the money for the ticket.". she gave him her address and said that he doesn't have to send money. "Ok. But why did u give me your address anyway?". then with a wink to Harry and another kiss on the cheek Cho left.
Chapter 1:
The Summer without the Dursleys Begins
"Well I guess I'll see you when you get back from Paris then. Bye." Harry said to the three people that was left of his family. "Now Harry, where are u going to be visiting while where gone? And with whom?". 'Lie you dimwit. LIE' I'm going to be staying with the Weaslys. You know the people that helped me escape from here a few years ago?". His uncle looked at him seriously and left in the car. And at that time a blue minivan pulled in seeing the other car leave. The door opened and the dark haired, and very attractive Cho Chang stepped out and hugged Harry. "When did we start the hugging and kissing? Because I think I missed the memo." and at that Cho explained how she still has feelings about him and dumped Michael Coroner last summer.
"Thanks for waiting till my relatives left Mrs. Chang. They think I'm staying with a different family". "Not a problem Harry. From what I've heard from Cho, I can understand why you call Hogwarts your true home. We will be meeting Cho's father at the airport as he took a cab.
After he had been introduce to Cho's father and they had departed from the airport Harry and Cho played a game of ordinary chess 3 to 5 times (Cho won all but 2) they started to descend to their destination.
They gathered their luggage and stepped off the plane, Harry carrying his and Cho's luggage and Mr. Chang carrying Mrs. Chang's luggage (being gentlemen) and the girls carrying small carry-on items. (they had shrunken all the luggage contents to fit into four bags, two for each guy and two for each girl, and then the two other carry-on bags with practical items)… After they had gotten to the hotel and found their rooms (just two, guys and girls) Mr. Chang asked Harry "you have feelings for Cho don't you? I can tell you do by the way u look at her." he added seeing the nervous look on Harry's face. He nodded and added "Ever since third year at Hogwarts". "Yes. I met Cho's mother at Hogwarts as well. From what she has said about you and the way she talks about you I can tell that she has feelings for you to". "Are you sure?" Harry asked. "Very."
