The Beginning
Kagome had just arrived in the Fuedal Era, after making the most difficult decision she had ever had to make. Leave the Fuedal Era and leave her friends forever, or stay and leave her family behind in Tokyo. She decided to live in the Fuedal Era. Tears began to fall from her blue-gray eyes.
She slowly began walking in the direction of the village that her friends were waiting for her in. But she stopped and looked behind her at the well. She placed her gigantic yellow backpack down and took her bow and arrows outl. She readied a arrow. Tears blurred her vision. She blinked them away, and concentracted on the well. She released her arrow and watched it destroy her only way home. Kagome fell to the ground, crying.
Inuyasha heard a crash and saw a smoke of debri coming from the forest. Sango, Miroku, and Shippo also noticed this.
"What's that?" young Shippo asked curiously.
Inuyasha ddin't answer, he just bounded off in the forest, leaving them with puzzled faces.
When Inuyasha arrived at the scene, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. The Bone Eater's Well was completly destroyed, and Kagome was nearby sobbing uncontrollably. Inuyasha walked over to her and knelt down beside her.
"Kagome, what happened?" He asked cautiously, not wanting to be sat for something he was sure to have said wrong.
"I...I destroyed..th...the well. She said, stuttering from all the crying she had done.
Inuyasha looked at her puzzlingly.
"Why would you do something as stupid as that?"
She looked up at him, her tears under control for now, anger now showing in her eys.
"Stupid, well excuse me, I just thought that my friends need me here more than I'm needed at home, oh but I forgot, you only care about that dead corpse than you d..." She couldn't finish. All she felt was pain on her face. Inuyasha had slapped her.
Inuyasha looked down at his hand, then to her face. The whole right side of her face was swollen and bloody. His claws had torn the skin when he slapped her.
"Kagome...I..." he stuttered, never had it hit her, until now.
Kagome looked at him, fury, rage and anger clearly showing on her face and in her eyes.
"Save it!" she said before turning away from him, not even taking her backpack. All she had with her was her bow and arrows.
Inuyasha watched her walk away, not even realizing she wasn't going towards the village, but towards the best, into the hands of his one and only brother, Sesshomaru.
