Chapter 1 "A weird day"
Yumi's POV:
I woke up from a nightmare, realized I was late for school. I ran into the bathroom and took a quick shower and got dressed. I ran to school, when I got there I was out of breath. "Yumi, are you okay?" Jeremy asked me. "Yeah I'm fine; I'm just out of breath." I said. I looked around and realized Ulrich wasn't here. "Hey where's Ulrich?" I asked. "Oh he's studying for a big test tomorrow", Odd replied.
The bell rang and we all went to class. Class was so boring today as usual. But then thank god the bell rang, I met up with my friends at Jeremy's room. Looked around and still no Ulrich. "Hey guys, still no Ulrich?" I asked. "No not yet, I guess this test means a lot to him", Odd replied. I really wanted to see Ulrich, I mean I haven't seen him the whole day, but even if I wanted to see him, I couldn't barge in and bother him with his studies, if the whole day means missing your friends for a big test, then this test must really mean a lot to him.
Later on the day, I felt kind of weak, like I couldn't move anymore muscles. I don't know what's happening but it feels strange, I never felt like this before. An hour later the day, the whole place looked blurry, and the minute my visions started to fade, I past out.
Jeremy's POV:
Jim carried Yumi to the nurse. I felt real worried for her. She was just fine this morning; she was normal and nothing strange. "Maybe this is Zana's doings?" I told Odd. "Yea well if it is, we're gonna get him for it, but for the meanwhile, I gotta tell Ulrich about Yumi no matter how important his test is." Odd said as he ran off to find Ulrich.
Odd's POV:
I ran off to find Ulrich, I asked Jim where he was, he told me he was in gym so I ran off there. When I got to the gym, there was no sign of Ulrich anywhere. I tried calling his cell phone but he didn't pick up. I checked back at our dorm but he wasn't there either. I looked every single place he could have gone to but still no sign of him. I got tired looking for him so I just decided to walk back to Yumi and Jeremy. On the way, there he was in the flesh, Ulrich. "Ulrich, where have you been?" "Uhh studying" He said. "Well get this genius, Yumi past out this afternoon and we think this is Zana's doings." I said. "What! Yumi past out!" he yelled. "Well no time to talk, let's go!" I said.
We ran quickly as possible to the nurse, when we got there, Jeremy and Yumi was gone.
We asked the nurse where they were, she said that they were never here. Then Jeremy ran in. "Jeremy! Where have you been?" I asked. "Yumi! She's gone!" He yelled.
Ulrich's POV:
This must have been Zana, no doubt about it. "Wait, wasn't Yumi with you this whole time?" I asked. "Yeah she was but then I just turned my head and then all of a sudden she vanished!" He said. Suddenly we hear people screaming down the hall. We ran down to see what was going on. When we looked, our eyes widened, it was Yumi, but not the regular Yumi, it was the virtual Yumi.
