No. 02 - Get A Job
Tendo Kimikopopped two Aleve pills into her mouth, followed by water. "Oh my Kami…" Why was she chosen to babysit her three nephews? Because her sisters, Saotome Nodoka was on a long, well deserved vacation, Hibiki Tenaka got herself lost (again), and Kuno Sakura was put in the hospital due to a coma she received from an accidental car crash.
Saotome Ranma was thirteen, the oldest. Hibiki Ryoga was twelve, the middle. And Kuno Tatewaki was eleven, the youngest. Her own son, Takeda, age sixteen, was in Furinkan's Military Baording High School, which was in Okayama (Thank Kami!).
"Auntie Kimiko, can we…"
"Get a job godamit."
"But…"
"GET A JOB, GODAMIT, IF YOU WANT SOME MONEY!"
The three boys separated and went to get their own jobs.
"Hey, mister, can I work for you?" Ranma asked, putting on his cute face for the owner of the sushi bar.
Nobody could resist that face, unfortunately. "Aww… Okay!" He went to the back to get something.
MEANWHILE…
Ryoga was having fun spinning on the pottery shaping wheel. "Yeah, I'm riding this bitch! Yeehaw!" He waved his hand around as if he had a lasso.
The manager grew absolutely mortified and was having convulsions at this point.
"Here you go." Ranma was handed what looked like a giant spandex fish skin.
"What the fuck is this?"
"Your costume!" he was told cheerfully.
"Uhh…?"
"SUSHIE! EAT SUSHIE AT JIKI'S! SUSHI! SUSHI-SUSHI! SUSHI! SUSHI! SUSHI! EAT SUSHI, GODDAMIT! IT'S FUCKIN' SUSHI!" Ranma cried, tossing fliers about the sidewalk.
He passed by a group of teenage girls. "EAT SUSHI!" He threw some fliers at them, too.
What happened to Kuno? He ended up as a waterboy.
As the football players rushed towards the middle of the field, they didn't care that he was there, only that the ball had landed on him.
"Goddamit."
