A/N:
This is a poem/song text I've written about Harry. It deals with Harry finding out why he is different than other people, because he is a wizard. And he finally figures that out. Well, I hope you like the poem, and R and R to let me know what you think. I've got other poems posted on as well. Different
Since I was young
I sort of knew all along
That I was different than others
Because every time I was angry or afraid
Something unexplainable would happen
I don't know if it was faith
But nonetheless it made me so afraid
They call me extraordinary
So crazy that it's scary
I'm not normal, like all the people here
And it's man's nature
That I represent what they most fear
It's strange
But I could feel
When someone wasn't keeping it real
I can see when someone is hurt, angry or about to cry
I can see through the façade they put up as a lie
If I think someone isn't honest with me
I unconsciously probe their mind to see
If they are telling the truth to me
They call me extraordinary
So crazy that it's scary
I'm not normal like all people here
And it is man's nature
That I represent what they most fear
A whole new world was opened for my eyes to see
I finally figured out who I was destined to be
A magical wand
That conjures any spell I want
Charms and transfiguration class
Defence against the dark arts
Playing quidditch and breaking the national charts
Getting the cup in front of the Slytherin's noses
You should have seen their poses.
I'm extraordinary
But that ain't scary
It's so cool
I'm a wizard
And go to Hogwart's magic school
