This story was written based on some things that have happened in my life lately.

Summary: She wore she'd never love him again. She wouldn't allow herself to get hurt the way she did before. She promised herself this was the last time she'd cry a tear for him. She was done. She wasn't going back…not this time…not ever again.

Trish Stratus ran out of the hotel room she shared with her boyfriend, Dave Batista. She was finished…they were finished. She was sick of it. Sick of his stupid expectations of her…sick of his pathetic attempts to make Hunter appear as a good intentioned being…sick of his lame excuses as to why he had to attend such nightly outings with Evolution…sick of Evolution's lifestyle.

She ran furiously to her best friend's door. She lightly knocked on it.

"Trish?" A groggy voice said.

"Hey. Did I wake you up?" Trish bit her lower lip as he let her inside.

"Nah…I just dozed off for a sec." Randy Orton answered. "Have you been crying?"

"No…" Trish lied.

"Yes, T, you have." He lightly touched her tear stained cheeks. "What'd he do this time?" Lately he had been getting used to having one of his best friend's showing up at his door at two AM to cry on his shoulder.

"He cheated on me Rans." Trish sighed. "Again."

"Trish…" He embraced her for a moment. "You need to leave him."

"I know, but I can't Randy."

"Yes you can T and you need to." He hated seeing his best friend hurting.

"No…you don't understand."

"What is there not to understand? He cheated on you!"

"I…" She paused as she let out a deep breath. "I'm scared."

"Trish, you know I'll protect you from Evolution."

"No Randy, I'm not scared of them."

"Then what are you scared of?"

After a long silence, she finally answered him. "Being alone."

"T, you're not alone. You'll never be alone." He promised as his blue orbs locked on her hazel ones. "You'll always have me, I promise."

"I love you Rans."

a/n: so ditch it or keep it? It was just something I had on my mind due to some things that have happened recently. Well…PLZ review!
