A new beginning

Note: I've been watching Dragon Ball Z and Teen Titans for an extremely long time. I've had the stories of TT & DBZ in mind for a year but was not sure how to start. Now that I've seen the end of the battle against Trigun, I know how. This story takes place a month after "The end" and 18 months after Cells destruction. A AU in DBZ I won't give away the whole thing, but I have some pairings.

Prologue
Goku's House
Gohan whacked his face with a book. It had been 8 months since he trained last. A lot had happened. His mom stared him all the time checking if he was studying, Goten, his brother was born. His father was gone. Things were looking bad for the saiyin half breed. His life was dragging along like a slug. He felt he could make a great difference if he used his power to help people but when he asked Chi-Chi would make him study harder. Gohan felt that he would not ever get a chance to be a warrior. His dad wanted him to be ever more powerful than him. Mom would have none of the "Save the world" crud his dad would have Gohan doing. She wanted him to be a scholar. "Gohan!" He heard his Mother call. He put down his book and walked into the living room. His mom was sitting in a chair with Goten in her arms. "Hey Gohan" she said with a smile "I'm going out in about five days and I want you to come with me." "MOOOOOOOM." Gohan groaned "Why do I have to come?" Gohan knew it was going to be about his studies "Don't you want to know where we are going to?" Gohan honestly did not care. However he knew his mom would get angry if he said no. "Where are we going?" He asked not really caring "Jump City I heard they have a fantastic museum." That was what Gohan thought. His mom was trying to drag him into a museum so he was unable to train. "Since we have nimbus I thought we could save our savings to your college fund. Why should we spend zenni on tickets?" Gohan was now depressed He wanted to do more than study nearly all day. He knew however, if he tried to tell his mom he wasn't interested she would lose her sanity. He went into his room and packed. In his baggage he put a tooth brush, Cloths, his Gi if he had to battle tooth paste, some of the books his mom would want him to study, and the last few things that were really important to him. The Dragon Radar and the Dragon Balls he found. He had begun collecting them just for enjoying the time he had. With his baggage ready, he had only time to kill.
Jump City, somewhere…..
"Are the magic orbs collected" Said one person "Nearly," Said a second person "we only need to collect three then we can begin" "Wonderful" said the next The people were in red robes, with hoods so the face could not be seen, with Triguns symbol on the hood and chest "Soon Said the first We will resurrect Trigun and then the world will fall to us."
