She was the daughter
Of a wench and a pirate
Or so they told her
But they didn't show her
The pirate that all feared
Was soon to appear
Bringing news that her stories were lies
All along her life was tied
She had never noticed the truth
The reality of it all
However much she wished it wasn't true
She was his daughter too
