Everything He Did For Us
First He gave us the world
Then animals and flowers
He gave us the sunny days
And cool spring rain showers
He gave us food for us to eat
And appetites to go along
Voices to communicate
And praise Him with our song
He wanted a perfect world
For us not to live apart

We weren't all that smart
Eve ate the apple given her
We would do the same
Adam sinned, too, though
He also was to blame
The Devil offered them great power
Told them God was lying
And they believed him of course
Then peace started dying
After all He did for us
And had yet to do more
He died for all our sins

Everything He did for us
His deeds big and small
We take for granted
