Hmm this is a one shot. I haven't finished playing the game but I'm so so close! Weeps Anyways. Sorry for shortness, but I'm a little busy with different fic's that I have on the go!
Sora smiled as he knocked on Kairi's front door. She slowly opened, popping her head out and smiling.
Sora was in his usual clothes, just the way she liked him. She smiled as she opened the door fully so he could get a good look at her. She was wearing a short silky lilac dress, with dark purple hearts at the edges. She blushed a light pink as he gaped at her.
"Well say something!" she smiled shyly at him. He blinked and swallowed hard. A hundred words flew through his head at once. But yet, he couldn't pick out the right one to say.
"Wow" he managed to stutter out. 'I probably sound like a three year old' he thought to himself, blushing himself.
"Shall we go then?" she smiled softly at him. He nodded and took her hand inter-lacing his fingers with hers, smiling cheerfully.
It was strange to get dressed up to have a picnic under the stars. On the beach of course. But as her friends envied her, they all said. "That's sooooo romantic!" or something or other.
Later on in the evening they lay on the blanket, after clearing the food away, side by side. Sora wasn't nervous anymore, he was just happy to be with the girl of his dreams, he put an arm around her, pulling her close, she curled into him, resting her head on his chest.
"Kairi?" Sora blinked, putting his hands behind his head.
"Yeah?"
"I love you"
With this a warm soft smile spread across Kairi's face. "I love you too" she smiled. With that, she sat up and softly kissed him. And let's just say that there was a lot of kissing that night.
