The sun sets on the horizon of trees
I wonder if you
Are watching it like me
You used to be a child like us
But you've changed so much
You don't seem to talk to us anymore
And you're always gone
Fighting

You leave the forest
I'm there

Waiting for you
I try playing a happy tune
To ease my nerves
And make me momentarily forget
What danger you're in
I wish I could help you
But I'd only be a bother
I can't fight
And you would have to be making sure
That I stay safe
I can't have that
I only want to help you
I don't want to be a burden
I want you to stay safe

I lose hope
You seem to be there to help
To save me
But risk your life while doing so

How you're hurting me
