Hello. Welcome to my second fanmade moveset, featuring the chosen king, Noctis Lucis Caelum. This moveset was made by someone who knows little of game design and balance, so feel free to give constructive criticism. Also, most of the moves are lifted from Tekken 7, but only where I saw fit, which happened to be often.

This is a fanmade moveset and character description if Richtofen makes it into Smash. I am no expert, so feel free to criticize my ideas, and give feedback.
