Alec's POV
There is this one girl who can totally take my breath away, she doesn't know, hell if I told her she probably kick my ass. She thinks so little of me even when I try my hardest to impress her, she doesn't see it that way she thinks I'm trying to show off.
My life is brilliant.
My love is pure.
I saw an angel.
Of that I'm sure.
She smiled at me on the subway.
She was with another man.
But I won't lose no sleep on that,

She can't see any one but Logan the love of her life. She can't see me and she never will I'm just another soldier from the hell hole we called 'home' but I don't know how to act around her. And that scares me even more than Lydecker did.

I try my hardest to block out all the feelings I have for her but they come back, I can't even get drunk enough to forget for one night! She's so beautiful sometimes it hurts to be around her and to see her unhappy with her relationship with Logan. I love it when she smiles then when he comes every trace of a smile on her face fades. I just can't stand it.

The first time I set eyes on her I knew she was gonna' be something. She's the only reason I'm still here in Seattle if it wasn't for her I'd of moved on long ago. I'm pretty sure O.C. knows what I feel towards her. The way I feel for her is nothing because when the one you love hates you, it feels like you can't go on. I know I feel it every day.

She is the best thing that has ever happened to me ever, I just wish she could say the same for me. I know she doesn't feel any thing like I do for her. I know I'll never be with her but hey! A guy can dream can't he? Being with her is more than a dream, she is my life and I would die for her but I'll never tell her that not ever! I mean I thought I was in love with Rachel but compared to max she was just a crush and if I told her she'd laugh in my face. Maybe sometime soon she'll realize how much I love her and I'll stand a chance but for now I have my dreams.
