Chapter 2: Lonely Road
I walk down this lonely road
To find the answers
That I seek
As the reaper
Binds his chains
Around my bleeding heart
As hell opens it's doors
Trying to consume me
The light that pierces through darkness
Helps my weary soul remain pure
The light that comes from
The ones I hold close to me
And remind me
That life is worth living for
But why do I still feel so alone?
Maybe because
I'm hiding from my true self
Afraid of what that person
May become
So I'll continue to walk down this path
Down this never ending road
To heaven
