Teen Titans Vignette: Should Have Known…

Disclaimer: Look, I don't own the Teen Titans characters so I can't try to get any money out of this. I'm broke so please don't sue. I've got enough headaches already.
Author's note: This little snippit of a scene takes place in about 6 seconds in The End, pt 1, where Trigon has arrived.
As Robin looks at the face of pure evil, a concept his human mind would still struggle to grasp, he does note one observation.
"Honestly…I thought he'd be taller…"
He looks upon this bringer of The End, his glowing four red eyes, stark white hair and unworldly crimson skin, yet his mind could only recall the past few hours:
Raven enjoying watching the sunrise on top of the Tower…
Resident gothic girl cooking breakfast for everyone… "can't I just do something nice for my friends?"
The creepy girl's agreement to Starfire's mall excursion and feminine grooming rituals…"Do you want to...hang out?"
Raven smiling….
"Stupid. Stupid."
The Tamaranian tilts her head at the boy wonder.
"Robin? Something is troubling you?"
"I should have seen it coming. I should have known something was wrong. The signs were all there."
"I do not understand. What are the signs of which you speak?"
Robin's lips form a thin smile as his says, "Signs of the Apocalypse."
