Chapter1 Dark beginnings
"No! Please we have done nothing wrong" said a desperate woman's voice. "Your crime is for being born now hand over the baby or die" said a deep commanding voice . "No never!" and then a green light came pouring into view and the woman dropped on floor dead.The boy named Tom Riddle sat up in bed sweating. He had been having dreams of doing horrible things since he was 9 and he couldn't remember have a good night sleep in months, since they were getting worse.
The orphanage went on an annual picnic to a lake nearby which was the most enjoyable part of the year, except for Tom who hated to do anything social and was really an outsider at the orphanage. Where instead of playing with friends he would just sit in his room and read a book. In fact the only thing social he did do apparently was bully kids though you couldn't catch him at it .
At the seaside pick nick Tom saw an unusual looking snake, he saw them in books but since he lived in a city he never really saw but river snakes and just blew them off. Something he couldn't explain pulled him towards the snake, it was beautiful he thought but then it hissed and the strangest thing happened he understood it and started to talk it
"How are you?" hissed the snake.
"I-I-I'm fine,"
But at the moment Dennis and Amy walked up the cave.
"Bloody hell were you just talking to that snake?"
"No! never say a word of this to any one!"
But a that moment Tom began to change from surprised to angry. Amy started to run from the cave but Tom hissed something and the snake grabbed onto her leg. Dennis tried to pull it off but suddenly he got thrown back into the wall as if by magic. Tom muttered something and blood began to trickle from their eyes.
" You are not to say a word of this to anyone!" said the same commanding voice as before.
Dennis and Amy dropped onto the ground, and Tom walked out smiling.
Four days later back at the orphanage Tom was sitting on his bed reading when a mysterious looking man came t talk to him.
" How do you do Tom?"
At first Tom didn't trust the man named Dumbledore and to be honest he still didn't like him. He told him he was a wizard and would be attending a school to learn magic. Inside he always knew but was still surprised there was a school for it..
He would have to go to a place called Diagon Alley and meet the wizarding world full on.
Yong Tom was embarking on a journey that would ultimately lead to the coming of the Dark Lord Voldemort.
