You're Going to a Place

You're going to a place, and you're not coming back... A young Jedi knight is reunited with the friends who they lost and the family they never got the chance to know. SW poetry, please read and review!

You're going to a place, and you won't return
For this is the end of the line
And once you are here you won't long for escape
You'll see that it's perfect in time

You're going to a place where all is made right
Where the wisest of men is a child
You're going to meet all the heroes of old
And the villains who've been reconciled

You'll be reunited with a friend who's long gone
You'll meet family that you never knew
But you won't see your brother or sister a lot
For this was the time just for you

You're going to a place where you'll find someone
Whose wisdom has grown through the years
Someone who trained with the one who trained you
And in turn trained all of your peers

But once you have gone you can only come back
In a vision, a colorful dream
And then you can say what you wish you'd have said
But make sure you say what you mean

You're going to a place where your namesake does lie
And all the old Jedi, of course
You're going, my friend, but you'll always be here

Now that you're one with the Force.
