Chapter 59: Taming of the Storm
The sound of water dripping and mice
squeaking filled Ororo Monroe's
ears as she entered into the pipe world. She shivered at the
thought of
the walls closing in on her but she moved on, hovering above the dirty
water. The stench of the sewer made her gag and she wished that Evan
had decided to stay at home, and that the Morlocks
had some place else
to stay, but they didn't. As she reached her destination a new smell
entered her nostrils-a sweet smell, like candy.
