On that day, Atobe had suddenly decided that everyone has to go to the street tennis court. Everyone. So, all regulars went here due to Atobe's request… or rather… order.
When they reach the street tennis court, Ann was playing a match with Seigaku's Momoshiro Takeshi. And that honey-brown hair, those deep blue eyes of Ann's and not to say those beautiful legs of her's attracted Oshitari. The match ended with Momoshiro's dunk smash, Momoshiro apologize for getting a bit serious and yet Ann said it's ok, the way Ann encourage Momoshiro attracted Oshitari too.
"We were seriously beaten by your brother in the Prefecture Tournament, Ann-chan." Atobe's greeting brought Oshitari back to reality and stopped him from looking at Ann.
"Don't try to pick a fight." Ann warned but got ignored by Atobe as he turn to Momoshiro, "In the Kantou Regional Tournament, we'll fight you with our true regulars. We won't make the same mistake twice."
"He makes me sick…" Ann turns away.
"Oi, Atobe! This guy is really a Seigaku regular? He doesn't look that tough." Oshitari said out his comment about Momoshiro, because he doesn't want anyone to finds out that he was staring that the Fudomine girl all the time, especially Gakuto, whom stands beside him. They were very close partner, Gakuto may realize it.
"Isn't the timing just right?" Momoshiro challenges, "get into the court."
"Sorry," Gakuto said, "but we specialize in doubles." "Are you going to team up with this girl?" Oshitari continue, he DO want to play with Ann...

"Well… if you wanted to know that much…" he said while packing his things on the bench, they had finished their match long ago and they should be leaving, the sky was getting dark and he doesn't want Ann to walk back home alone in the night. They stood up and walk down the staircase before Oshitari continues his unfinished answer on why he liked her.
"Because I don't have a reason why I liked you so much. Maybe that's why I love you."
