While waiting for the sun to rise she is still thinking about the life she could have had if she only had had the courage to say she wanted to have it.
A life he had promised to give her long ago but she never really seemed to realize how much she really loved him.
Her hands searching in the dark cupboard in an even darker room for a mug waiting for some hot black liquid just to linger in there for some long lasting minutes of an even longer hour.
A clock on the wall surrounded by darkness slowly ticking away the seconds.
She takes the mug with the hot liquid to the kitchentable blindly finding a chair.
Taking a big sip emptying the mug at once she soundlessly puts it down on table.
Standing up she slowly walks to the entrance door knowing that this time would be the last time doing so.
Without any noises she almost runs to her car entering it and closing the door silently behind her turning the key to start the engine.
Driving to a very familiar location knowing that this time it will be the last time.
Parking the car a few minutes later before walking to the well-known entrance door.
Knocking on the wooden door of the townhouse not being suprised to see the man being her only reason to still live on already standing behind the door opening it for her.
Embracing the man she loved for so long before telling him that it's finally over.
Closing the door behind them he walks her to the sofa in the livingroom telling her that now she does not have to fear anything.
No more.
He's glad that now after years falling apart she turned to him to spent the rest of her life with him.
An hour later nothing is left just the scent of a well-known shampoo still lingering in the air encompassed by the sweet sound of words of an never breaking promise remaning in the now dark room of an all to familiar townhouse in the city of Las Vegas.
